After so long wanting to take part in the competition, finally I did this month. Unfortunately I was a few seconds late to upload the rendered version. Also didn't do much with the backgrounds. Don't think it mattered much for the competition, as its all about animation. Came at 7th place out of 109 entries. Hmmm...not too bad I suppose. Hope to do better next time.

Class assignment (blue character only)
This was one of the assignments we had to do at school to learn acting and lipsync. It was a group assignment and had to be done by two of us. Was supposed to be a learning exercise, so the staging is not all that good. I was responsible for animating only the blue character (Woody). The red character (Buzz) was animated by Wolfgang Hauer (www.wolfganghauer-animation.com). Both the character rigs Sam (www.timoberlander.com) & Hogan (www.mothermushroom.com) were downloaded from www.highend3d.com. The voice ofcourse is from Toy Story.

Boxy (2007)
Done with a bunch of boxes and some fur for the final look. One of my initial steps into character animation. Was really exciting to animate immovable objects coming to life...
